SK MotherFirst Maternal Mental Health Strategy

Mothers, advocates and healthcare providers building maternal mental health capacity in Saskatchewan to improve awareness, assist in developing support services, and recommend policy updates for women who suffer from depression and or anxiety during pregnancy and postpartum.

Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) are treatable! We are here to connect moms, her supports and healthcare providers, together, to receive appropriate treatment and supports and healing.
