In the fall of 2017, the Ministry of Health created a working group to update the Prenatal Form for Saskatchewan. As of May 2019, the form now includes three screens: the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, the WAST II (Women Abuse Screening Tool II), and the T-ACE Screening Tool for Alcohol which can be found at this link EPDS screening-form May 15 2019.
